Education: 12+ and above , Graduate, Post Graduate
Compensation: 1.44 - 4 lakhs per annum
Responsibilities
Candidates who are enthusiastic , self starter and curious to learn
- Work independently on positions with clients
- Networking skills and proactive attend various forums
- Good in sourcing skills, through social media and other portals
- Has experience in IT recruitment and sales
- Flexible and ability to work remotely
- Has a track record to achieve closures quarterly and monthly.
Skills/Experience
- Limited experience at consultancy preferred;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Keen eye for spotting open positions in the market
- Great analytical skills;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Professional demeanor;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
